The tour starts at our heritage 1828 Club House. Our skillful staff will guide and explain everything you need to know about coffee: from growing to grinding. Walking through the patchwork of terraces, you will see our organic coffee being grown, picked and sun-dried. At the coffee shed, you will discover our plantation workers roasting and grinding the coffee beans following Javanese traditional processing techniques using traditional equipments. A stop at the wooden coffee bar in the heart of the plantation is an excuse to enjoy the traditional Javanese coffee and other herbal concoctions. After a while, the tour will be continued to our mushroom breeding house and concluded at our vegetable gardens where we grow organic vegetables for our guest’s cuisine. See our organic coffee being picked, glance at the patchwork of terraces where the coffee is sun-dried and visit the coffee shed where the plantation workers roast or grind the beans following traditional processing techniques. Eventually, taste the traditional Javanese coffee and other herbal concoctions in the wooden coffee bar in the heart of the plantation.
